All student library accounts are maintained and assigned through the Admissions Office.
Local Library Inventory.
Library of Congress Numbering.
All library materials use the Library of Congress numbering system and are maintained in the master cardex for access.
Accounting Inventory Numbering.
The accounting inventory of all library materials are kept in the IBM 34 Main Frame. Each document receives its own master code and is entered into the system with date of purchase, cost of purchase or donation, author’s name, title and Dewey Decimal Number. This module within the IBM Computer is modified from time to time as additions, deletions or physical inventory takes place.
Main Library.
